The System has a carry strap for portability and designed for secure carrying.

Carry Bag

The Carry Bag keeps the System concealed and allows you to discreetly carry and transport your system.

When not hanging on the wheelchair, you can carry your system in the Carry Bag using the shoulder strap or the carry handles.

In a vehicle

The PureWick™ Portable Collection System should always be upright and level for proper function. If you’re using the system in a vehicle, make sure it is secured and will not tip over. (You should not use the System while driving a vehicle.)

Remember, the tilt indicator will warn you via light and sound if the System is placed on its side or tilted too much.

It’s important to note that the PureWick™ Portable Collection System contains a lithium-ion battery, which is considered a hazardous material. Transporting it is governed by federal and local laws.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, devices with lithium-ion batteries should be kept in carry-on baggage. If checked, they should be turned completely off and packed in a way that protects them from accidental activation or damage. The FAA’s PackSafe site can provide more guidance.
