What is AutoShip?
AutoShip is a recurring shipment program that helps you save on your PureWick™ Female External Catheters (wicks) while helping make sure you never run out. Shipments are sent to your home automatically in 30, 60, or 90-day intervals. By enrolling in AutoShip, you can save up to 10% on each shipment, depending on the option you select.
What are the benefits of enrolling in AutoShip?
AutoShip is a convenient option that helps you save money while automatically sending you your PureWick™ Female External Catheters. You don’t have to worry about running out of wicks or remembering to place your order—you’ll get them delivered right to your door when you need them. AutoShip is also a great way to save money; you can save up to 10% on each shipment. It’s also flexible—you can change or cancel at any time with no fee.
What are my AutoShip options?
When you enroll in AutoShip, you can choose the number of boxes you need each month and how often you want to receive them (every 30, 60, or 90 days)—the more you buy, the more you save! • 1 box of wicks: 5% off ($9.75 savings) • 2 boxes of wicks: 7% off ($27.30 savings) • 3 boxes of wicks: 10% off ($58.50 savings)
How many PureWick™ Female External Catheters will I need each month?
PureWick™ Female External Catheters are used one at a time and should be replaced at least every 8 to 12 hours or sooner if soiled with feces or blood. The amount you need to order will depend on individual usage. For example, if you plan to use the PureWick™ System only at night while sleeping, you will likely use one PureWick™ External Female Catheter per day.
How much can I save with AutoShip?
You’ll save 5% on 1 box of wicks ($9.75 savings); 7% on 2 boxes of wicks ($27.30 savings); or 10% on 3 boxes of wicks ($58.50 savings).
I use more than 30 PureWick™ Female External Catheters each month. Can I add more boxes to my shipments?
Yes. You can adjust the number of boxes you receive with each shipment. For example, if you typically use 2 boxes of wicks each month and want to sign up for the monthly AutoShip option, you’ll receive a shipment of 2 boxes every 30 days at the discounted 7% price.
When will my payment method be charged for my AutoShip order?
Your payment method will be charged approximately 1 business day before your scheduled shipment. We will notify you before it is charged and again when your order ships.
Can I change my AutoShip payment method?
Yes. Please call our Customer Service team at 1-888-812-9787 9AM to 9PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM ET on Saturday to change or update your payment method.
Can I change my AutoShip selection?
You can easily change change or cancel your AutoShip by visiting purewickathome.com and signing into your account. You can also contact our Customer Service team for assistance at 1-888-812-9787 9AM to 9PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM ET on Saturday.
How will I know when my AutoShip order is on its way?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
What is the return policy for AutoShip?
Any unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If you need to return PureWick™ System supplies, contact customer service at 1-877-322-1488 9AM to 9PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM ET on Saturday. Please have available item(s) ordered as well as shipping and billing information. The return value will be equal to the original price minus the prorated discount.
Can I add the Accessory Kit to my AutoShip?
The canister and tubing should be replaced every 60 days, or sooner if you see signs of degradation. You have the option of adding the Accessory Kit to your AutoShip order. Monthly AutoShip orders will receive an Accessory Kit every other month. If you receive an AutoShip order every 60 or 90 days, you will receive an Accessory Kit with every shipment. Although the Accessory Kit itself is not discounted, shipping is free when delivered with your AutoShip wicks. (If purchased alone, the shipping for the Accessory Kit is $9.95.)
